Women's Psychotherapy Group

This group provides members with opportunities to learn with and from other women, to understand one's own patterns of thought, feelings and behaviors. This group is Intrapersonal - to address what is going on inside of you; and Interpersonal - to address how you relate to others and how they experience you. Group is a safe and supportive space to work on health issues, identity and relationship issues, work transitions, aging parents, kids growing up, body image, loneliness, anger, guilt and other issues with each participant bringing her wisdom and experience to the table. Group goals include:

• Increase self awareness, self acceptance, self esteem and confidence.
• improve stress management and coping skills.
• improve assertiveness and communication skills and more.

Day/Time: Alternate Thursdays, 10:30-12:00
COSTS: $50.00 per group session
